BOOKING POLICY
DAY CRUISES
 Direct Booking is confirmed when either a deposit or the full amount is paid or received. 
 
Payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), cash or direct bank deposit, cheques by pre-arrangement.

PRIVATE CHARTERS
Booking subject to 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Final balance must be received within 21
days
prior to departure date. If the booking takes place within 21 days prior to departure the full amount is payable.
Payment by credit card, cash or direct bank deposit, cheques by pre-arrangement only and cleared prior to
departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
DAY TOURS: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure have option to defer to another date.
No refund of monies paid. Should the company cancel the cruise for any reason whatsoever
the passenger shall have the option to defer to another date or receive a full refund.
Conditions Apply.
Cancellation  outside of 3 or 4 days prior to cruise - option to defer or full refund.

PRIVATE OR CORPORATE CHARTERS: The deposit will be refunded on request if the cruise is
cancelled 45 days prior, less an admistration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 45 days, a refund
will be given ONLY if that time slot is rebooked. Charters cancelled within 21 days will be invoiced for
the full cost of the cruise.

TERMS OF CARRIAGE
1.       Notice is hereby given by the company Sydney Harbour Cruise Corporation Pty Ltd that all tickets
      are issued by it and/or its agents upon the express condition that no liability or responsibility at
      law shall attach to the Company and/or its agents for the illness, injury or death of any 
      passenger or of any possession or possessions of any passenger howsoever caused and
      whether attributable in any way to some negligent act or omission of the Company or any of 
      it’s servants or agents.
2.       The Company reserves the right to cancel or vary without notice this service in any way.
3.       The passenger shall comply with the instructions of the Company’s servants or agents 
       concerning all matters connected with or consequential to the service and shall comply
       with the conditions of this ticket and the terms of any notice exhibited and given on the vessel.
4.      
The Company is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, 
       luggage or goods without assigning any reason there to.
5.       Conditions apply to Goods & Freight. Charges may apply dependent upon type of goods and freight.
6.       The ticket is not transferable in anyway and remains the property of the Company and must be
       tendered and given up when required by the Company’s servants.
7.      
The passenger shall not, while (onboard) vessel, consume any intoxicating beverage unless it
       has been sold or otherwise supplied to him onboard this vessel by servants of the Company 
       unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the client and the company.
8.      
The company may arrange with any other person or Corporation to undertake the service 
       hereby contracted for, or for any part thereof and any such person or corporation and his or 
       its servants, agents ad employees shall be entitled to the benefit of these conditions of the same

       extent as the company.
9.       The ticket is valid only for service endorsed and paid for on the face of this ticket.

10.   The Company reserves the right to decide the suitability or otherwise of meteorological
      and other conditions for the service and to modify the time and place of embarkation or

      disembarkation and the route to suit.
11.  
No liability shall attach the Company for any loss or damage which arise or be  alleged
      to arise in the event of the cancellation of this service or any deviation or delay in this

      service or the abandonment of this service during the course thereof arising from
     
any cause whatsoever including without limitation strikes, industrial disputes or inclement weather.
12.  
In these conditions the expression “the Company” means Sydney Harbour Cruise Corporation
      Pty Ltd trading as Sydney Reef Goddess Cruises and its servants and agents and the expression
      “the passenger” means the passenger to whom the ticket is issued or who is carried by virtue
      of the issue thereof. Words importing the singular or plural number of this masculine or 
      feminine gender shall, where the context permits, include the plural or singular number of
      feminine or masculine gender as the cause may be.
13.  
Departure and arrival times as on the face of the ticket are correct at the time of issue but may 
      change due to operational or inclement weather conditions beynde the control of the company.
14.   Conditions Apply – Prices subject to change without notice.
15. The MV Reef Goddess is a non-smoking vessel and smoking of cigarettes, cigars etc., is
      strictly prohibited in all areas of this charter vessel.
